The Open Platform (TOP) is a venture builder and investor for early-stage projects on the TON blockchain and Telegram. TOP provides a powerful toolkit of funding, expertise, and technology resources, streamlining access to critical tools like wallets, developer resources, SDKs, APIs, and marketplaces. TOP also develops and supports leading ecosystem products including the Wallet in Telegram, Tonkeeper, STON.fi, Getgems, and more. With this support and expertise, TOP enables developers and entrepreneurs to build scalable Web3 products ready for widespread adoption.
As our Head of Content, your mission is to make people feel something: excitement, wonder, connection, goosebumps.
You’ll shape how the world sees our products, understands what we do, and falls in love with it — through unforgettable stories, iconic moments, and internet-native content that travels fast and sticks hard.
You’re equal parts creative visionary, campaign operator, and cultural antenna. You bring bold ideas to life with speed, precision, and joy.
This is a high-speed, high-impact role to shape how 1B+ people experience the future of finance.
In this role, you CAN:
- Create iconic collabs with the world’s most loved brands and personalities: think Snoop Dogg, Marvel, Twitch, the sky is the limit.
- Launch playful, culture-tapping ideas seen by millions (maybe even billions).
- Build influencer and social-first stories people want to repost, remix, and share.
- Turn crazy timelines into epic outcomes, with creative that surprises and spreads.
You’ll thrive if you:
- Know a hundred ways to bring an idea to life, on any budget, from $10 to $1M. Whether it’s AI magic, two genius freelancers, a niche creative studio, or a global agency.
- Are fluent in Telegram, TikTok, and global internet trends, and can spot viral energy before it happens.
- Have led big, bold campaigns across regions, audiences, and formats.
- Have failed, and learned from it.
- Bring a “Hell yes!" / "Hold my beer” attitude to creative challenges.
- Create positive energy, momentum, and fun in every room you walk into.
