Mira is looking for an SEO Specialist to build our organic presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own the entire SEO function — strategy, execution, and results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product/dev team.

• Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, control quality).

• Develop and execute a link-building strategy.

• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.

• Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Proven experience with international SEO projects (such as CIS, US, EU, LATAM markets).

• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.

• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.

• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush).

• Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.

• Experience with Webflow will be a plus.

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
