Operational Manager

The Open Network (TON) mission is to put crypto in every pocket. TON is a community fork of the blockchain built by Telegram, a next generation non-EVM technology powered by asynchronous smart contracts and sharding. TON Foundation is a non-profit organization powering the development of the TON ecosystem.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in driving strategic business initiatives and ensuring smooth operations. As a Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with leadership team members, coordinating meetings, and providing valuable insights to enhance teamwork and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Strategy:
● Work closely with the leadership team to identify and prioritize business strategies.
● Provide recommendations and consultation to department leaders for improved teamwork and efficiency.
Executive Support:
● Manage the COO's schedule, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
● Respond to inquiries on behalf of the COO and maintain effective communication.
Performance Management:
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to measure team performance.
● Offer tactical support to implement ideas and drive progress towards goals.
Project Oversight:
● Oversee strategic business initiatives, from conception to implementation.
● Identify and address core problems and opportunities within business processes.
Insightful Analysis:
● Provide the COO and senior leaders with valuable insights and analysis on company operations.
● Assess risks associated with business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
Meeting Coordination:
● Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings and workshops, ensuring focused discussions and productive outcomes.
Organization-wide Improvements:
● Identify areas for improvement across the organization and provide valuable recommendations.
Corporate Document Support:
● Create and support corporate documents, including presentations, reports, and proposals.
● Develop content, format documents, and ensure accuracy and professional presentation.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Advanced or Fluent English
● Experience of working in an international company or team
● Proven experience in providing high-level administrative and strategic support to executives.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
● Proficient in notion, Google docs/sheets, asana and adept at creating polished presentations and reports.
● Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
● Previous experience in project management and meeting facilitation is a plus.
