As part of our ongoing efforts to engage and expand our community, we seek a highly experienced Chief Airdrop Officer to lead our strategic initiatives in distributing 25 million in Toncoin tokens.

Role Overview:

The Chief Airdrop Officer will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing the distribution of 25 million in Toncoin tokens to our community. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, airdrop strategies, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a knack for and a history of creating impactful airdrop campaigns that stimulate growth, engagement, and long-term participation in the TON ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive airdrop strategies aligning with TON's community growth and engagement goals. Plan the distribution of 25 million in Toncoin tokens to maximize impact.
  • Execution and Management: Oversee the entire airdrop process, from planning and execution to monitoring and analysis. Ensure the airdrop is conducted efficiently, securely, and transparently.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the TON community before, during, and after the airdrop. Gather feedback and use it to inform future airdrop strategies and community initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and community teams to ensure a coordinated approach to the airdrop and related activities. Leverage cross-functional expertise to enhance airdrop outcomes.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all airdrop activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Implement best practices for security and fraud prevention.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of the airdrop campaign. Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights gained, and recommendations for future airdrops.
  • Innovation: Continuously explore new and innovative ways to conduct airdrops and engage with the community. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency, with specific expertise in airdrops and community engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the regulatory landscape.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
