We are seeking a dynamic and talented visual storyteller and video production lead to join TON Foundation team. Your role is to begin telling compelling stories about TON and its ecosytem of projects through video. If you are a visionary storyteller with a knack for visual storytelling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to conceptualize and develop engaging video narratives across various platforms.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive scripts.
• Translate complex concepts and ideas into visually stunning storyboards.
• Utilize motion design tools and software to create visually appealing and dynamic content.
• Be truly crypto native, one with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple video projects, big and small at single moment. Briefing and managing external freelancers and agencies to produce great work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a creative copywriter and video director with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing skills and vvideo production abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Ability to sell your ideas internally, ready to provide insight based proposals and unlock major budgets for video.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
