Responsibilities

• Community Leadership: Strengthen ties with Turkey's developer ecosystem as a key connector between TON and developers, startups, and tech enthusiasts. Understand their needs, nurture a supportive atmosphere, and turn feedback into tangible improvements for TON.
• Event Innovation: Spearhead diverse, engaging events such as hackathons and workshops to bolster the TON network in Turkey, focusing on education, inspiration, and connection.
• Advocacy and Evangelism: Promote TON blockchain's advanced features, using stories and demos to foster interest and adoption across various community platforms, from small meetups to expansive online gatherings.
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement a strategic approach for engaging Turkey's developer community, aligning with TON Foundation's goals to promote cohesive growth.
• Technical Empowerment: Provide developers with direct support and resources for building on TON, helping to navigate challenges, refine the development process, and encourage innovative creations.
• Content Leadership: Curate educational content, including tutorials and best practices, to support developers at all stages of their TON experience.
• Feedback Synthesis: Act as a vital link for community feedback, using those insights to steer TON's platform and service enhancements.
• Impact Measurement: Evaluate engagement levels and produce reports to inform strategy tweaks and underscore progress within Turkey's developer scene.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developer relations or community management, with a preference for backgrounds in blockchain or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and a visionary perspective on its future applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages beneficial.
• Proven track record of organizing impactful developer events and initiatives.
• Technical acumen, ideally with hands-on blockchain experience.
