TON Society is a global grassroots movement supporting the TON Community through growth systems and events. It builds engaged local communities in 9 hubs across CIS, Europe, SEA, and the Middle East, holding up to 16 events monthly. TON Society aims to develop community leaders to decentralize access to TON's assets and promote a fairer internet.

With a growing number of products and services, we’re looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help us build, maintain, and scale our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Implement and manage load-balancing solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Ensure the security of our infrastructure and applications through best practices and proactive measures.
  • Automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
    • Understanding of security best practices, tools, and network protocols.
    • Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Docker-compose.
    • Profound experience with caching strategies and techniques.
    • Previous experience in a high-availability and high-performance environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience with GitHub Actions.
    • Proficiency with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
    • Practical knowledge of Cloudflare/Cloudfront and CDNs
    • Experience with distributed systems and databases, particularly Redis and PostgreSQL.
    • Knowledge of load balancers and their configuration with Nginx/Traefik
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher.
