What we're looking for
TON Foundation is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies that amplify TON’s ecosystem, attract new users, and build a lasting, global brand presence. Your leadership will be critical in scaling marketing initiatives to support TON's growth in the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that expand TON’s user base, increase brand recognition, and drive user engagement. This includes detailed budget planning and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Brand Awareness & User Acquisition: Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns that build TON’s brand awareness and establish it as a leading force in the blockchain and Web3 space. Drive efforts to attract new users, developers, and ecosystem partners to TON through innovative, data-driven strategies.
- Cross-Platform Content Strategy: Work with the Video Production Lead and other content creators to develop and distribute creative, engaging video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social media channels. You will drive brand visibility while promoting key projects, partnerships, and ecosystem developments.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance across campaigns and channels. Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs), with actionable insights to continuously optimize efforts.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, user needs, and emerging trends within the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. Leverage these insights to inform the strategic direction of TON’s marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. Ensure the team is well-equipped to meet its goals while supporting their personal and professional growth.
- Community Engagement: Develop and execute community outreach programs that engage users and stakeholders across TON’s ecosystem. Lead efforts to build lasting relationships within TON’s community, fostering an inclusive and active global network.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in the blockchain, Web3, fintech, or tech industries. Proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Crypto & Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, Web3, and the Layer 1 blockchain landscape. Experience in developing marketing strategies tailored to decentralized technologies.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions. Proven track record of optimizing marketing campaigns and tactics through rigorous performance tracking.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Able to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and the broader community.
- Project Management Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Innovative Mindset & Adaptability: Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environments. Comfortable with both strategic vision and tactical execution.
