What we're looking for
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Designer to join TON’s creative team and help shape the brand’s global visual identity.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful, cohesive, and innovative designs across digital, social, and experiential channels.
This role is perfect for a designer who combines strong visual skills with strategic thinking and enjoys working on diverse creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Design Execution
- Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, social, event, and print touchpoints.
- Develop visual concepts that translate TON’s brand positioning into compelling storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve TON’s design system (visual identity, templates, and guidelines).
- Ensure all designs meet the highest aesthetic standards and align with TON’s global creative direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, Content, Product, and Events teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Support ecosystem and partnership campaigns with creative design solutions.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when needed.
Innovation & Experimentation
- Explore new creative formats and visual approaches to enhance engagement.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and digital culture.
- Contribute fresh ideas that connect TON to mainstream audiences and global communities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in brand, digital, or marketing design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually striking, high-quality work across multiple formats.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Understanding of motion design or 3D tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience working with tech, lifestyle, or cultural brands preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
