With a growing number of products and services, we're looking for an experienced QA Lead who will take responsibility for their overall quality.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be deeply involved in the development process and focus on solutions architecture, research, and quality control metrics, not on manual testing. Your tasks will include the following:

• Creating and executing overall quality strategy, defining and being responsible for the key metrics of overall services quality
• Working closely with dev team on implementation new services and improvement of existing ones in terms of quality and edge-cases
• Implementing autotests
• Gathering and categorizing user feedback, planning bug fixes implementation
• Gathering bug bounty feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Proficient in Go and Node.js/Next.js, as well as related testing tools.
• Expertise in setting up autotests with Github Actions, Docker, k8s, testcontainers, etc.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Postman, Git, and the web development lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of bug identification, logging, and analysis through tools such as Grafana.
• Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Practical experience in dApps development is a plus.
