The Open Network Society acts in the interests of the community by supporting initiatives that help achieve The Open Network's mission - put crypto in every pocket.
TON Square is a program previously known as TON Syndicate, that is aimed at supporting local regional offline community activations. It covers three stages of the TON Regional community establishment:
- TON Breakfast (an open initiative where anyone around the world can run a small TON Breakfast without any pre-approvals).
- TON Meetup (curated TON community meetups organized by activists).
- TON Region (a community of TON activists in a specific region or a country, such as TON France).
We're looking for a visionary Lead to drive the growth and development of our TON Square program.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and execution: Improve the strategy of TON Square and execute.
- Operational management and support: Create a schedule, handle program operations, communicate with Head of Operations, and execute all the program-related activities timely and effectively.
- Community building: be active on the participants chats, communicate the program updates, support the participants with all their questions, coordinate TON Regions.
- Marketing and promotion: Work out a marketing strategy for the TON Breakfasts, TON Square meetups, and TON regions.
- Analytics and reporting: analyzing performance, data, and reporting to the Head of Department.
- Public speaking: being a public person within the program, running opening and closing ceremonies, workshops, etc.
Qualifications
- KOL connections, network of TON founders and projects.
- Experience organizing crypto events.
- Operational background.
- English C1.
- Proven understanding of crypto, web3, and TON.
- Experience executing end-to-end highload projects.
