What We Do

The growth marketing team focuses on building scalable systems to drive adoption in three key areas:

  • User Acquisition: Strategies to onboard new crypto users through paid ads, KOLs, and large-scale video campaigns.
  • Engagement + Retention: Programs to keep users active within the TON ecosystem.
  • Expanding Adoption: Partnerships that amplify awareness and drive growth for TON and its projects.

We're looking for a visionary Hub Lead to spearhead this movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Leadership: Forge robust connections with the United States developer ecosystem, serving as a linchpin between TON and a vibrant community of developers, startups, and tech enthusiasts. Your role involves understanding their unique needs, fostering a supportive environment, and translating the feedback into actionable insights for TON.
  • Advocacy and Evangelism: Champion the TON blockchain, illustrating its groundbreaking capabilities through compelling narratives and technical demonstrations. You'll engage with the community through diverse platforms, from intimate meetups to large-scale digital forums, igniting enthusiasm and driving adoption.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and execute a visionary strategy for developer relations, tailored to the nuanced landscape of the US market. Collaborate cross-functionally within TON Foundation to ensure developer initiatives resonate with our core objectives, fostering a unified growth direction.
  • Event Innovation: Lead the the curation and execution of dynamic events, from hackathons to technical workshops, designed to educate, inspire, and solidify the TON developer network across the United States.
  • Technical Empowerment: Offer hands-on support and guidance to developers building on TON, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Your expertise will help troubleshoot challenges, enhance the development experience, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Content Leadership: Create and oversee the production of a rich library of resources, from tutorials to best practices, tailored to empower developers at every stage of their TON journey.
  • Feedback Synthesis: Serve as the critical conduit for community feedback, leveraging insights to guide the evolution of TON's platform and services.
  • Impact Measurement: Monitor and analyze engagement, crafting insightful reports that drive strategic adjustments and highlight our progress within the US developer community.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developer relations or community management, with a preference for backgrounds in blockchain or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and a visionary perspective on its future applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages beneficial.
  • Proven track record of organizing impactful developer events and initiatives.
  • Technical acumen, ideally with hands-on blockchain experience.
