TON Studio is a team of experienced engineers working with the fast growing TON ecosystem and Telegram apps. We enable a flawless developer experience within the TON ecosystem to help builders create DApps of outstanding quality and user experience. We do this through our suite of development tools and custom solution design for TON projects.

We are seeking an eexperienced Lead / Senior+ Engineer to join our dynamic product team.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of development: from architecture design to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Build new features on both backend (Node.js, Go) and frontend from scratch and maintain existing ones.
• Drive technical processes, including CI/CD pipelines, and mentor team members.
• Foster a strong technical culture by introducing modern technologies and best practices.
• Work in a startup environment with high individual responsibility and the freedom to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Node.js, Go, React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR).
• Strong experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines, preferably via GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Docker and Docker-compose.
• Advanced knowledge of caching techniques (e.g., CDN, Redis).
• Experience with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, conduct 1-on-1s, and drive development processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in web3 development.
• Product- and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build medium-sized features autonomously and prototype quick MVPs.
