Tonkeeper is revolutionizing digital wallets for nomads, aiming for a crypto-based economy with TON as the cornerstone. Our innovative team is focused on robust product and engineering development. We're on a mission to make Tonkeeper the number one wallet for digital nomads. For those of us who engage in intellectual work, cherish freedom, and travel a lot. Our team has excellent product and engineering brains, but we lack a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and a helpdesk chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze and assess customer situations to provide accurate solutions.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback and recurring issues for the development team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of company products.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency in written English.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A knowledge of blockchain technology, specifically the TON blockchain, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Motivation

  • Salary: 700 USDT/month, paid to a wallet
