Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and a helpdesk chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze and assess customer situations to provide accurate solutions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback and recurring issues for the development team.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of company products.
Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency in written English.
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A knowledge of blockchain technology, specifically the TON blockchain, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Motivation
- Salary: 700 USDT/month, paid to a wallet
