We are looking for a Product analyst at Tonkeeper!

Here’s a bit about the role and what you’ll be doing:

We’re building the best non-custodial wallet on TON. Millions of users worldwide are already actively using it, but we’re not stopping there. We’re adding new features and exploring new areas of applicability. Essentially, you’ll lead analytics for a product that has already found its product-market fit and is expanding rapidly to strengthen its market leadership.

We’re transitioning out of the startup phase, and the principles underlying our analytics processes will depend on you. In the fast-paced market and expansion conditions, creating rigid roadmaps is pointless. Therefore, when prioritized appropriately, the features you propose will be quickly considered and put into production. The key is to have a tangible impact on the product.

In a nutshell, your task is to influence the product’s growth and achievement of goals. We need an analyst who understands the difference between valuable insights and “desk-bound analytical work,” someone who can turn hypotheses into research and research into concrete product actions.

Requirements:

  • Clearly, you should know SQL and Python, and you should have experience with BI systems.
  • We have a data engineer, but it would be great if you understand how analytical infrastructure and databases work.
  • You’ll interact with technical teams, product management, and C-level. You need to be able to explain, clarify, and fearlessly ask complex and direct questions.
  • You know what the Pareto principle is and how it applies to analytics work. Why spend weeks digging into data if it doesn’t yield any results?
  • You understand how to turn numbers into actions. We need someone who will influence strategy and roadmaps—initiating actions rather than just reporting conversion gains.
  • Motivated to build an analytics system considering blockchain product requirements and user privacy.

Tasks:

  • Building and expanding the metrics tree.
  • Setting up event logging and data quality processes.
  • Configuring regular reporting processes.
  • Supporting product releases: evaluating launch effectiveness and identifying bottlenecks in funnels.
  • Generating and validating product hypotheses alongside product managers and development teams.

Motivation:

  • Annual bonuses
  • Flexible schedule, remote work, annual meetings a few times a year

Vacation: 4 weeks accumulated over the year, plus 7 days off per year.

Health Insurance: Quarterly bonus of $150 for insurance at the employee's discretion. Two weeks of fully paid sick leave per year.

Tonkeeper is an equal opportunity employer.
