We are looking for an experienced and results-driven User Acquisition Lead to develop user acquisition strategies and scale advertising campaigns for our gaming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to scale and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets, including planning and allocating funds to maximize ROAS and LTV.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and funnels to improve key performance metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis (LTV, CPI/CAC, ROAS, Retention) to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with the creative team (motion designers, copywriters) to develop and test hypotheses.
- Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and explore new user acquisition channels.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Lead in the game development industry.
- Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, Unity, Applovin.
- Practical experience with analytics systems: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of key mobile marketing metrics
- Skills in data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Superset) or the ability to build complex reports in Excel/Sheets.
- Experience managing an advertising budget of $250k+ per month.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and build processes with cross-functional teams (production, analytics).
