Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Tonstakers, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated design, product, and development teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. Your expertise will drive the development of front-end architectures that are not only high-performing and scalable but also embody the core values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability front-end applications for our liquid staking platform.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that align with our company’s vision and user needs.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our website renders well across multiple devices.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Lead front-end development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities where applicable.
• Mentor junior front-end developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of developing complex, high-traffic web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, caching, and front-end security principles.
• Experience with modern development tools (e.g., Git, Webpack, Node.js) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think algorithmically, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
