Ton Whales is a strong TON blockchain ecosystem player that focuses on delivering multiple components of the ecosystem from Tonhub wallet to Tonwhales DEX.

In addition to a DEX and a wallet, Ton Whales launched mining and validator pools, which are highly appreciated by the TON Community.

We are looking for a Head of Design — someone capable of leading and communicating with a team, able to set up, build processes, create, draw, design, facilitate and drive solutions in a fast-paced scale-up work environment. The hired person will work on establishing a work environment and manage a team, as well as solve cases and get tasks done on their own. The hired person will report directly to CEO and CTO.

Requirements

• Collaborate with HR and core team members on the hiring pipeline.
• Design world-class level user-friendly interfaces in different domains.
• Consult with key stakeholders in identifying appropriate solutions.

Scope of work

• Design simple, data-driven, responsive, and accessible web and mobile experiences that will make TON users happy and proud.
• Collaborate closely with visual design, copywriting, animation, illustration and video to infuse design strategy with breakthrough artwork and content.
• Foster UX Partnerships to effectively partner with Strategy, Business Owners, User Research, Localization & Translation, Development, Analytics, and Brand teams located in India, US, and around the globe
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to discover user needs through research, data and/or insights and address them via actionable high-quality web / native application UX
