Tribute is a service for monetizing Telegram channels and groups, allowing users to create paid subscriptions, send donations, manage access to channels, analyze statistics, and much more. Each team member makes a significant contribution to the product's development.

We are looking for the Finance lead who can oversee the entire department from routine tasks to high-level process automation.

Responsibilities:

1) Banks

• processing of key payments
• KYC procedures
• opening of the new bank accounts
• managing of payment process and risks
• optimisation of cash flows

2) Accounting

• managing of accounting provider
• monthly payroll
• IFRS accounting

3) Budgeting and reporting

• monthly management reports (Balance sheet, P&L, CF)
• company budgeting (1 year-cycle + quarterly rolling budgets)
• creation and ownership of management information dashboards
• interaction with payment providers including active participation in the selection of providers, controlling, regular review of their reports and data reconciliation (efficiency, costs etc.)
• research and implementation of internal process automation solutions
• creation and maintenance of company policies

Requirements:

• Higher degree in Finance
• CIMA Certificate or АССА, CPA, CFA
• Over 6 years of professional experience (in IT companies or payment providers, e-commerce)
• English - fluent
