Role Overview:
The Product Manager at Tribute will refine and take ownership of our product strategy, emphasizing the development of industry-leading tools for our creators and their audiences. They will define and implement a distinct roadmap, collaborating with our agile product delivery team to introduce cutting-edge solutions to the market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO & CTO to meet the evolving needs of our creator community.
- Craft and enact the product strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and roll out features that amplify creator success and platform engagement.
- Partner with a product analyst to enhance funnels, uncover insights, and formulate hypotheses.
- Expand the business into new audiences and regions.
- Investigate and debut MVPs for novel monetization avenues, including auxiliary products.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses over 5 years of Product Management experience or has held leadership roles in tech startups.
- Has a track record of contributing to the product-led growth of B2B/SaaS offerings.
- Brings experience in collaborating with product marketing, which is a plus.
- Employs a data-driven methodology for incisive, decisive product development.
- Demonstrates working proficiency in English.
