Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on product.
• Test, analyze and refine prototypes to validate ideas.
• Think systematically, through user journeys and maintaining the design system.
• Effectively work with a lot of people.
• Speak the same language as developers.
• Share your expertise with the team.
• Conduct author's supervision: what matters is not just what is designed in Figma, but how the end user interacts with the product.

• Be a hardcore Figma user.
• Be proactive, responsible, and self-sufficient.
• Think in scenarios, not fragments.
• Understand that you are designing a product, not just drawing pictures.
• Enjoy working with details, tinkering with prototypes and animations, and bringing unconventional solutions to life.
• Work independently and manage projects.
• Thinks about the full user experience.
• Have a solid understanding of animations and motion design.

Bonus Points

• Experience with creator economy products or being creator yourself.
• Experience in motion design and animation to elevate user interaction.
