Tribute is a service for monetizing content on Telegram. Our creators earn money through paid subscriptions, donations, tips and digital products. We have over 10,000 creators, including household names and influencers with large audiences. We are continuously developing our product and aiming to become the leading monetization platform on Telegram.

Access to Telegram’s vast user base provides huge potential for Tribute’s growth as more and more creators want to harness the benefits of blockchain and web3. Tribute is building exciting new features enabling users to sell both digital and physical products.

  • We have around 1 million active users per month interacting with our Telegram bot.
  • Over 57,000 verified creators are already part of our platform. Many of them have an audience of several million users.
  • We’re actively growing and exploring new directions for our business.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing e-commerce projects, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead your product area with full autonomy and responsibility for its success.
  • Seek out growth opportunities, lay down product roadmaps, and push forward ideas that make Tribute stand out in content monetization and e-commerce
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, iterating based on key performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Keep an eye on how our products are performing, using customer feedback and data to make improvements.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven approaches to iterate quickly and optimize product outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and keep the team aligned on product vision and goals.

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within e-commerce projects.
  • You’re comfortable working with data and using it to make smart decisions about which product ideas to pursue.
  • You’re always thinking of new and better ways to create products that generate revenue and add value.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex product development cycles.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with content monetization, messaging apps, or cryptocurrency.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
