Tribute is a service for monetizing Telegram channels and groups, allowing users to create paid subscriptions, send donations, manage access to channels, analyze statistics, and much more. A simple and convenient solution for content monetization. We have a small remote development team, with no complex and lengthy corporate processes. Each team member makes a significant contribution to the product's development.
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our top creators achieve their goals by providing personalized support and fostering strong, long-term relationships with our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with top creators: handle creator requests, collect feedback, invite creators for testing.
- Analytics: monitor creators’ revenue (increase/decrease), identify and communicate with creators to clarify reasons.
- Development and proposal of new platform tools, including involving creators in marketing activities such as podcasts and advertising.
- Cross-selling tools to creators: analyze creators’ content and recommend new platform tools to help increase revenue.
- Communication with the product team: gather and deliver feedback about required features, bugs, etc., to the product team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager.
- Experience working with analytical tools (Grafana, CRM).
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking and understanding creators’ activity dynamics.
- Excellent soft skills (ability to connect with any creator, stress resilience).
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a startup.
- English language proficiency – at least B2.
- Experience in content platforms, streaming services, or agencies is a plus.
