Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a creator-focused social media strategy.
• Curate Tribute's existing social media accounts and introduce new channels and tools to develop a loyal brand community.
• Come up with engaging topics, categories and content formats, and create a content plan from them.
• Produce and implement special content projects on relevant holidays, events, product launches and other key occasions: short and long video formats, podcasts, gamification, etc.
• Write and publish texts for social media in both Russian and English.
• Assign tasks for design, video, text, and other content elements to both internal and external contractors. Be prepared to create simple post designs using Figma templates and edit basic videos.
• Boost follower growth across social media platforms, reply to comments, and foster conversations in chats.
• Participate in promotional activities and monitor ad campaigns.
• Track your work results and suggest ideas to improve engagement rates.

What You Should Have:

• Extensive experience with Telegram because of the huge focus on it.
• Understanding of how all other popular social media platforms and content formats work. You will manage platforms from YouTube to X (ex-Twitter).
• Experience in producing and launching content projects on social media.
• A keen eye for trends in content and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong skills in SMM and copywriting, supported by a portfolio.
• Basic knowledge of Figma and video editing software. It’s a plus if you are willing to appear on camera.
• Familiarity with promotion basics across various social networks and the ability to set up ad campaigns.
• Independence. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for someone who can manage themselves and their processes.
• Willingness to dive into the service and understand its technical aspects.

Nice to Have:

• Strong written English skills, at least at a B2 level.
• Experience in managing an SMM team.
• Knowledge of current popular AI tools useful for SMM and experience using them to create social media content.
• Experience working with bloggers or content creators.
