Tribute is a service for monetizing content on Telegram. Our creators earn money through paid subscriptions, donations, tips and digital products. We are continuously developing our product and aiming to become the leading monetization platform on Telegram.
Access to Telegram’s vast user base provides huge potential for Tribute’s growth as more and more creators want to harness the benefits of blockchain and web3. Tribute is building exciting new features enabling users to sell both digital and physical products.
- We have around 1 million active users per month interacting with our Telegram bot.
- Over 60,000 verified creators are already part of our platform. Many of them have an audience of several million users.
- We’re actively growing and exploring new directions for our business.
We’re looking for a top-tier Customer Success Manager to help creators start their journey, grow, and get the most out of monetization with Tribute. This person will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships between our team and key content creators, communicating with them directly and providing personalized support.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with key Tribute creators: answer questions, guide them through the product, engage them in new features, activities and special projects.
- Attract new creators: search for and reach out to relevant potential creators, showcase the platform’s opportunities, and onboard them into the product.
- Support new creator onboarding: guide them from registration to their first sales, help overcome any issues, and motivate them to try more tools to boost earnings.
- Analyze creator performance data regularly: detect churn or dips in activity, and propose timely solutions and growth strategies.
- Gather and relay feedback: collect creator insights and share them with the product, marketing, and support teams.
- Pick creators for product and marketing needs: find the right participants for interviews, testing, success stories and product launches.
- Follow internal processes: use checklists, message templates, scripts and other supporting materials, and keep your progress documented.

What You Should Have:
- 2+ years of experience working with clients, creators, or influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, friendly, and concise.
- Solid understanding of the creator economy: who creators are, how they earn, what they fear, and what they want.
- Strong analytical mindset: you base decisions on real data, not just gut feeling.
- Highly self-disciplined and organized: you love spreadsheets, templates, statuses, tracking progress, and staying structured.
- A genuine desire to help and improve the service — not just replying for the sake of it, but truly helping creators grow and enhancing the platform.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in influencer or partner marketing, community management, or sales.
- Deep familiarity with Telegram — you know its features inside and out.
- Previous experience with creator platforms such as Boosty, Patreon, or similar services.
- A solid understanding of how influencers work — from stories and reels to giveaways and product drops.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a clear understanding of their workflows.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- A genuine passion for content, memes, creators, and lively, engaging communication.
- Strong English skills — both written and spoken — at B2 level or higher.
