We’re Tribute - the leading monetization platform on Telegram. Now we’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Go, React) who wants to build, not just code. Someone who sees the product through the users’ eyes, moves fast, and enjoys turning ideas into working systems without waiting for a spec.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features for e-commerce and new monetization products (from digital sales to social mechanics).
- Deliver end-to-end. Own the full cycle: design, code, test, deploy, fix.
- Maintain and improve existing code (Golang backend + React frontend).
- Integrate APIs and payments (Telegram API, 3rd-party tools).
- Refactor and optimize where needed, without breaking what works.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA and other devs — no bureaucracy, just fast iteration.
- Take responsibility. Check your work, quickly react to issues, and look for solutions — not excuses.
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years in a product company (preferably in a startup environment).
- Worked with React + TS and Golang.
- Built features independently and saw them through to release.
- Care about reliability: you test your work and fix issues fast when they appear.
- Like to understand the “why” behind a task, not just the “what.”
- Feel comfortable in a startup environment where not everything is written down.
