Now we’re looking for a Moderation Team Lead — someone who can keep things fair, fast, and human. A person who enjoys solving tricky cases, guiding a team through tough calls, and improving processes so that both creators and users feel safe and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve complex or disputed moderation cases, making final decisions.
- Monitor and ensure quality of moderation work (case reviews, feedback).
- Update and create moderation guidelines and policies.
- Manage timelines and ensure balanced workload distribution.
- Conduct team calls for feedback, case reviews, and motivation.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Participate in hiring and evaluating moderators.
- Maintain moderation reports and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience in content moderation, content control, or anti-fraud.
- At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong decision-making skills and confidence in standing by them.
- Excellent ability to structure information and write clear guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Calm, responsible, and reliable — someone we can trust.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Telegram bots, monetization platforms, or user-generated content (UGC).
- Experience in quality assessment, case review, and metrics implementation.
- Background in recruiting, onboarding, or training team members.
