Our users earn through donations from their followers, subscriptions to private channels, paid digital content and physical products. 60k+ creators are already actively using Tribute, incl. many well-known names and bloggers with large audiences. And that number keeps growing every day!
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven professional to support and grow our community of creators on Tribute. In this role, you will combine marketing, growth, and creator success activities to help creators achieve their goals and maximize their results.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with key Tribute creators: answer questions, guide them through the product, and help shape their growth plans.
- Support product launches and relaunches: subscriptions, clubs, courses, and special offers.
- Onboard new creators: assist from registration to first sales, resolve issues, remove barriers, and motivate creators to use tools that increase earnings.
- Conduct creator diagnostics and develop growth hypotheses.
- Drive key creator metrics: subscriptions, retention, LTV, GMV.
- Select creators for product and marketing initiatives: interviews, tests, success stories, product launches, pilots, and special projects.
- Analyze campaign and launch results, adjust strategy based on data.
- Collect and relay creator feedback to product, marketing, and support teams.
- Follow internal processes: use checklists, message templates, scripts, and track progress.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with clients in online education, content production, influencer/blogger management, or product launches.
- Understanding of the creative economy, including creator earnings, launches, funnels, and product-market fit.
- Ability to analyze data, quickly formulate hypotheses, and test them in practice.
- Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and friendly with creators, bloggers, and creative professionals.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt solutions for different types of creators and products.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short cycles and constant change.
