We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to build and scale Tribute’s content engine across product marketing, creator education, growth, launch communications, and sales enablement.

This role is not about publishing content for the sake of content. It is about turning product value, market insights, customer pain points, and growth priorities into clear, high-converting materials that drive trust, activation, and revenue.

You will shape how creators, partners, and internal teams understand Tribute: what it does, why it matters, and how to use it successfully. Tribute is a Telegram-verified monetization platform for creators, helping them earn through subscriptions, one-time and recurring donations, and digital products directly inside Telegram.

You should be equally strong in strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you should understand how modern content works across multiple formats, including written content, product messaging, creator stories, launch content, and video-first formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Tribute’s content engine across product marketing, growth, creator education, and launch communications

  • Create high-quality content for product pages, landing pages, sales materials, case studies, onboarding flows, CRM communications, and Telegram-native formats

  • Turn product updates, customer insights, and market trends into clear, conversion-focused messaging

  • Support new feature launches together with Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships teams

  • Develop strong content angles for key creator segments and monetization use cases inside Telegram

  • Own video content from the strategy side, including scripts, short-form concepts, explainers, tutorials, webinars, and repurposing ideas

  • Build reusable content assets that help drive trust, activation, conversion, and retention

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and improve content quality, processes, and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing content, editorial, or similar roles in SaaS, fintech, creator economy, media, or digital products

  • Excellent written English and strong ability to write clear, sharp, and persuasive content

  • Strong product marketing mindset and ability to simplify complex products, payment flows, and monetization scenarios

  • Experience creating content that supports business growth, activation, and sales, not just brand awareness

  • Good understanding of modern content formats, including short-form video, educational content, case studies, and multi-format repurposing

  • Experience writing scripts or content concepts for video production

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Design, and Customer Success

  • High ownership, strong prioritization skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in creator economy, subscriptions, digital products, or community-driven businesses

  • Familiarity with Telegram and creator monetization ecosystems

  • Experience working with international markets and localization-ready content
