We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Lead, Sales & Customer Success to own and scale Tribute’s key commercial functions: Customer Success, Inbound Sales, and Outbound Sales.
This role is responsible for growing new revenue, improving net revenue retention, and building scalable processes across the full creator journey, from first contact to activation, retention, and portfolio growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales experience, relationship-building skills, and operational leadership. This person should be comfortable personally leading complex conversations with high-value creators and partners, while also managing and developing a small commercial team.
The role will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth to acquire, activate, and grow creators across key digital verticals.
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Customer Success, Inbound Sales, and Outbound Sales functions.

Manage the existing creator portfolio, improve retention, and drive month-over-month revenue growth.

Build scalable processes for account management, creator activation, inbound sales conversion, and outbound outreach.

Improve sales scripts, value proposition, objection handling, and deal-closing mechanics.

Personally lead complex conversations with top creators, strategic partners, agencies, and external scouting teams.

Manage, train, and support a small commercial team, setting clear goals and performance standards.

Work closely with Marketing on paid creator acquisition, influencer activation, and partnership campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities across creator economy, digital products, paid communities, agencies, and related digital verticals.
Requirements:

Strong hands-on sales or business development experience in digital products, creator economy, SaaS, agencies, influencer marketing, or a similar field.

Experience managing relationships with creators, partners, agencies, clients, or high-value accounts.

Proven ability to build trust, lead negotiations, and close commercial opportunities.

Experience managing or mentoring a sales, account management, customer success, or business development team.

Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, scripts, objection handling, and conversion improvement.

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong operational discipline.

Fluent Russian is required.

Advanced English is required, C1 level or higher.

Spanish is a strong plus.

Experience with creator monetization, Telegram, paid communities, subscriptions, or digital products is a strong plus.
