The KOL Partnership Manager will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs across diverse markets. This person will lead the KOL strategy from identification and negotiation to execution, helping to expand company's community reach and establish long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a proven track record of successfully managing KOL partnerships and local community growth within the crypto or digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of company.
- Identify and recruit relevant s and s across global and regional markets, focusing on building a network of top-tier advocates for company.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and clear expectations.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with s, regularly engaging with them to strengthen collaboration and maintain alignment with company's brand values.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and community teams to create cohesive campaign strategies and amplify efforts across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights on activities, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize future partnerships.
- Foster local community growth by empowering s to engage with their audiences and create supportive, engaged sub-communities for company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging s to continuously expand and diversify the company's network.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or management, ideally within the currency, or digital marketing spaces.
- Proven track record in building and managing successful relationships and scaling initiatives in global or regional markets.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Experience in local community building or community-driven marketing strategies is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering authentic and productive relationships with s and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to measure and evaluate partnership performance and ROI.
