Now we are seeking an AML officer to join our team.
What you will do
- Develop and implement Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) and Sanctions policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Provide comprehensive training to company employees, focusing on AML practices in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and requests to Lithuanian supervisory authorities and the company's governing body.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, meticulously analyzing customer transactions for any signs of suspicious activities.
- Apply appropriate customer due diligence measures in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What you should have
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations.
- Proficient in handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Lithuanian citizenship (allowed non-resident of Lithuania).
- Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory. Proficiency in English (at least level B1) is required. Knowledge of Russian is preferred.
We are looking for a person who can work on a 5/2 schedule from 9h/10h to 18h/19h Lithuanian time.
