We don't always answer well questions about what is happening with the product, because when all metrics are growing from all sides, the team doesn't understand what to grasp or may miss something small that negatively affects the product in the long run. If you have had experience working in a fast-growing product, you're well aware of this phenomenon.

We need a Head of Analytics who will establish the process of analytics in the company and help increase product metrics. You will have a team of analysts, but we highly value people who not only come to manage, but also know how and love to work hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Establish product launch assessment
• Establish the process of finding growth points in the product and formulating hypotheses
• Leading the analytics department

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python + experience working with BI systems.
• We have a data engineer, but it would be great if you understood how the analytical infrastructure and databases work.
• You have had successful experience hiring and leading a department of 5+ analysts.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• You will have to interact with technical teams, product managers, and C-level. You need to be able to explain, clarify and not be afraid to ask difficult and direct questions.
• You understand how to turn numbers into actions. We need a person who will influence the strategy and roadmap - initiate actions, not just report on conversion growth.
• Experience working in a fast-growing company will be a big plus.
• Proficiency in Russian and English from the C1 level, as a significant part of our team, does not speak Russian.
