We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of USDt-TON, our new initiative aimed at integrating the stablecoin USDt (Tether) with the The Open Network (TON) blockchain in the broader crypto ecosystem.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the strategic expansion of the USDt-TON project. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and strategic business development. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the adoption and integration of USDt on the TON blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of USDt-TON.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including exchanges, wallets, payment processors, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential challenges related to USDt-TON.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure full support to partners working in the integration of USDt-TON.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
  • Keep track and BD pipeline, ensuring complete lifecycle management of partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors, customers, and industry organisations, to support business growth.
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral to communicate the value of the company'sproducts and services effectively.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking approach.
  • Familiarity with the TON blockchain and Tether is highly necessary.
  • Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate business performance and drive growth.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and prioritizing efforts in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required.
  • Cross-cultural competence and experience in the fintech industry.
