It is already actively used by millions of users worldwide, but we are not going to stop: we are scaling to new regions and adding new features. The product has found its product/market fit, is rapidly growing its audience and revenue.

Rapid growth inevitably leads to inefficiencies in the work of the analytics team. We don't always answer well questions about what is happening with the product, because when all metrics are growing from all sides, the team doesn't understand what to grasp or may miss something small that negatively affects the product in the long run. If you've had experience working in a fast-growing product, you're well aware of this phenomenon.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and manage the P2P Market for Wallet in Telegram. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P2P markets, experience in business development, and a passion for the fintech industry. This role will involve identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving user acquisition and engagement within the P2P market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the P2P dynamics across different markets and the successful candidate will work closely with Growth Director and Community Managers to develop and execute strategies to grow the P2P Market at Wallet in Telegram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the P2P market within Wallet in Telegram.
    • Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the P2P and cryptocurrency markets.
    • Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
  • User Acquisition & Engagement:
    • Design and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention within the P2P market.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Product Development Support:
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the P2P market features meet user needs and industry standards.
    • Provide insights and feedback to enhance the user experience and functionality of the P2P market.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, user acquisition, and engagement metrics.
  • Community Building:
    • Foster a vibrant and active community of users within the Wallet in Telegram.
    • Engage with users to gather feedback and foster loyalty and trust.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of P2P markets and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using business development and CRM tools.
  • Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends.
