Now we are seeking a Technical Expert L2 to join our team.


  • Staying in line with fresh technical expertise within the project.
  • Expertise sharing.
  • Developing guidelines and recommendations to enhance service quality and stability and improve issues resolving speed.
  • Handle requests from the first-level support and compliance team.
  • Analyze microservices interaction logs.
  • Identify and respond to technical issues promptly.
  • Handle, supplement, or escalate existing incidents/requests as per provided instructions.


  • At least 2 year of experience as lead/expert of a technical team (experience in fintech is an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support/engineering (highload systems is an advantage).
  • Advanced SQL skills (ability to code/review queries with difficult syntaxis and logic)
  • Proficiency in written communication.
  • Full proficiency in Russian and English at least B2 level is required.

We are looking for a person who can work on 5/2 from 9 am/10 am to 6 pm/7 pm schedule GMT+3.
