We seek a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our Wallet team. In this role, you will develop and optimise core custodial wallet functionalities that drive company income, including token listings, Wallet Earn investment products, reward mechanisms, and cryptocurrency exchange features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring security, scalability, and seamless user experience, while also managing and mentoring a remote engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and other hands-on technical tasks.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the wallet infrastructure to support a growing global user base.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Analyze and monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, with the ability to contribute to product development.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, custodial wallets, and crypto infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong focus on user experience and security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Russian to effectively collaborate with an international team.
