We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to accelerate TON Space’s growth and solidify its position as the leading self-custodial wallet in Telegram. You’ll define the vision, shape the roadmap, and drive execution, working closely with Leadership, engineers, and partners to scale adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and execution for TON Space - one of the leading self-custodial wallets in the TON ecosystem.
• Lead the expansion strategy, driving adoption, engagement, and seamless financial experiences for millions of users.
• Develop and launch high-impact growth initiatives, including partnerships with DeFi projects, Telegram Mini Apps, and blockchain protocols.
• Optimize conversion rates and user retention, using data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying key trends in DeFi, Telegram Mini Apps, and the TON ecosystem, turning them into opportunities for TON Space.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer fintech or crypto products in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2C financial services, digital payments, or blockchain.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution — you can define the vision, build scalable products, and aren’t afraid to dive into the details when needed.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, using metrics to guide decision-making, optimize user experience, and drive growth.
• Ability to build and nurture high-value partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, and ecosystem players to expand TON Space’s reach.
• Having at least some crypto experience is a must — whether through self-custodial wallets, trading, or DeFi interactions. Bonus points for deeper expertise in smart contracts, staking, liquidity protocols, and on-chain mechanics.
• Strong English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
