Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users.
Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us scale our Compliance and Customer Support products through automation, integration, and process optimization.
This is a high-impact role with a clear growth path to Product Manager, based on performance and ownership. Join us at a pivotal moment and help shape the future of crypto-powered finance.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and document business, functional, and technical requirements; ensure traceability across development stages.
- Identify inefficiencies and model AS-IS/TO-BE processes using BPMN, UML, or similar notations.
- Define data flows and integrations (APIs, webhooks, etc.); prepare interface specs and collaborate with engineering.
- Design data structures and write SQL queries for validation and analysis; support normalized schema development.
- Break down epics into tasks, join planning meetings, and propose improvements.
- Use Notion, Jira, and visualization tools (Miro, draw.io, etc.); improve team practices.
- Build knowledge in AML/KYC, fraud, and support; translate requirements into product/process changes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in tech environments.
- Background in Compliance, Customer Support, or Fintech products (strong plus).
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, DeFi KYC/AML, or smart contracts is a bonus.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, system architecture, integration methods, and API/data analysis.
- Skilled in business process modeling, SQL, RESTful architecture, and data formats (JSON/XML).
- Strong communicator, structured thinker, self-motivated, and quick to adapt.
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to connect technical work to business goals.
- Comfortable with Jira, Notion, draw.io, Lucidchart, FigJam, Postman, Swagger, and SQL databases.
- Fluency in Russian, C1 in English.
