Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
As our Head of Partner Marketing, your mission is to help us scale our most powerful channel - partner collaboration. You’re a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a campaign operator. You speak the language of both partners and product.
You start with the pitch: clear, strategic, and built on mutual value and shared wins. From there, you turn alignment into action, crafting strategy and project plans that focus on scale, credibility, and business outcomes.
You design, plan, and coordinate joint campaigns, mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver product rollouts and high-impact co-marketing campaigns across our key global markets.
And for you, launch is never the finish line. You stay close, track impact, iterate, learn and improve, to maximize performance long after go-live, and to turn every collaboration into success.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with our Partnerships team, plan and execute high-impact co-marketing campaigns with global and regional partners.
- Develop campaign plans, set targets and KPIs in collaboration with internal and partner teams.
- Create and systematize a Partner GTM Playbook to analyse, improve and scale our partnerships globally.
- Serve as the Project management center, connecting Product, Growth, Design, Legal and Operations to deliver frictionless and high-impact launches.
- Analyse and track results and report back on successes and learnings.
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground: understanding what makes each market tick and which partners move the needle.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years in Account Management, Partner/Client Marketing, or Brand Marketing roles.
- Experience working with external partners in tech, fintech, or crypto (e.g. exchanges, wallets, PSPs).
- Track record of delivering campaigns across multiple regions and stakeholders.
- Strong strategy and project management skills.

- Proactive, friendly, empathetic communicator across any possible channels: in-person, via calls, Telegram chats or emails.
- Structured thinker with creative instincts, able to clearly turn ideas into tangible concepts and project descriptions.
- Obsessed with clarity of timelines, details, and delightful execution.
