Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
Now, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in both technical and non-technical recruitment, possessing the ability to attract and assess a diverse range of talent across various disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire global recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions.
- Use multiple channels and platforms to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes, and conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to determine candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit and career goals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and analyse hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of search strategies, identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter of 2 years or more, with a track record of successfully sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean search and professional networks.
- Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency marketplace.
- Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks and emerging technologies to effectively evaluate technical candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data and metrics to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
