Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
We are looking for a Growth Lead with a deep focus on user retention beyond day 30. Someone who can build systems that turn occasional users into daily power users.
Ideal candidates have a background in consumer-first digital products—whether in fintech, neobanking, or Web3—and a proven track record of driving product-led growth across activation, retention, and lifecycle.
You should be hands-on, fast-moving, and data-driven. You’ve built and scaled engagement systems across diverse user segments and know how to blend behavioral insight with gamified mechanics to increase frequency, loyalty, and LTV.
You’ll work closely with Chief Growth Officer, Product, and Data teams to build and scale activation, usage & retention programs across our Telegram-based Wallet experience.
- Owning long-term usage metrics: D30+, M1 / M6 retention, churn, LTV, and product stickiness.
- Analysing and evolving user segmentation frameworks to identify and scale high-retention cohorts.
- Collaborating with Product to shape features that increase time-in-app and feature adoption.
- Designing short- and long-term re-engagement strategies, from gamified experiences (missions, streaks, challenges, quests, seasonal campaigns) to loyalty-driven programs (monthly stats, achievements, social engagement features).
- Defining and running experiments to increase user frequency and depth of engagement.
- Partnering with the CRM team to develop automated lifecycle experiences and campaigns.
- Documenting learnings into repeatable playbooks for local market and user-type expansion.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Growth, Product, or Lifecycle Marketing roles, ideally at large-scale startups or scaleups (1M+ users).
- Experience building retention loops or engagement systems for consumer products.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
- Confident working with tools like Superset, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
- A solid grasp of gamification principles and behavioral psychology.
- Experience working across multiple international markets.
- High-energy, resourceful, and a fast executor with a bias toward action.
- Analytical and systems-oriented mindset.
- Experience in startup environments, including 0→1 or 1→10 growth stages.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Telegram mini-apps, Web3, or fintech is a plus.
- Some experience leading small teams or managing freelancers is a plus.
