Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

We are looking for a Finance Department Assistant to support our finance team in daily operations and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a good understanding of financial workflows and documentation management. This role involves working closely with Treasury, Reporting, and Legal teams to ensure smooth coordination of financial processes, timely communication, and proper record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor corporate inboxes and route incoming requests to the right teams (Treasury, Reporting, Legal).
  • Prepare and process primary financial documents — invoices, payment orders, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain and organize electronic archives of financial and primary documentation across several legal entities.
  • Track and collect all contracts and supporting documents required for audits.
  • Communicate with banks, partners, and internal teams on operational finance matters.
  • Manage the finance department calendar — schedule meetings, track events, and coordinate internal calls.
  • Set up and maintain Jira Help Desks, Notion pages and task tracking tools for the finance team.
  • Draft correspondence (in English), prepare official letters, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Support the CFO in cross-functional projects — from back-office CRM workflows to treasury payment requests and other ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Help create reports, presentations, and materials for management and auditors.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Finance Assistant, CFO Assistant, or Project Coordinator in a finance or operations team.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant will also be highly valuable, especially if it involved coordination, communication, or documentation support.
  • Understanding of financial and accounting document flow.
  • Confident user of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Notion, Jira (or similar tools), ChatGPT and other AI.
  • Fluent Russian — required for internal communication and document management.
  • Strong English skills — required for business correspondence, document preparation, and cross-team communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to grow in corporate finance.
