What you will do:

• Deploy successful online marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Grow our user base and increase awareness of the company brand in creative and informative ways
• Monitor event/campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience
• Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends
• Analytics: Monitor marketing channels performance
• Budgeting: Provide marketing budget support and control

What you need to have:

• Hands-on experience of marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in tech/internet
• Have strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends
• 3+ years of experience with analytical reports
• 2+ years of experience in competition analysis
• 2+ years of budgeting
• Are obsessed with growth and delivered impressive numbers through innovative strategies across multiple channels in your previous experience
• Are both creative and data-driven starting from insights to drive exponential growth
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with professional fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
