Position Summary

We're seeking a strategic, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Wallet Pay team. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by attracting new merchants, payment platforms, and various partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape, outstanding relationship-building skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive the execution of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, stakeholders, and clients, and drive successful negotiations and deal closures.
  2. Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential market segments, partnerships, and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with various teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer service) to develop and implement business development initiatives.
  5. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the FinTech and Crypto industry.
  2. Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and forging strong business relationships.
  3. Strong understanding of the FinTech sector and its regulatory environment, including Blockchain specifics.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change.
  6. Willingness to travel as required for networking and partnership-building activities.
