We seek a passionate and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in @Whale. Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support to our diverse user base via Telegram and other communication channels.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist users in navigating our platform, explaining features, and resolving technical questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with user onboarding and verification processes.
  • Collect and document user feedback and report any technical issues or trends to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and engaging tone when interacting with customers, creating a fun and enjoyable experience.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • The support role requires to work as per shifts. To help cover mornings/evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Interpersonal Skills for working with customers and colleagues
  • Analytical Skills for identifying issues and recommending solutions
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Customer Satisfaction skills for ensuring customer retention and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong technological aptitude and a passion for staying updated with the latest tech trends.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or online gaming is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
