Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to our diverse user base via Telegram and other communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist users in navigating our platform, explaining features, and resolving technical questions.
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and verification processes.
- Collect and document user feedback and report any technical issues or trends to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and engaging tone when interacting with customers, creating a fun and enjoyable experience.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- The support role requires to work as per shifts. To help cover mornings/evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills for working with customers and colleagues
- Analytical Skills for identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer Satisfaction skills for ensuring customer retention and loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong technological aptitude and a passion for staying updated with the latest tech trends.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or online gaming is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
